Beyond the pilot project …

Remembering Together CIC is a small non-profit organisation. Thanks to our volunteers, and people who donate venues, materials, and other gifts in kind, we make a very small amount of money go a long way. We were founded on the kindness and generosity of others and go forward in hope.

We were fortunate to receive funding from Norwich Consolidated Charities towards our pilot project. Early evaluations show that there is a need for creative workshops particularly for people who feel isolated. We will be putting in bids for funding for specific projects over the next 2 years but there will be a shortfall and we will not be able to do all the things we would like to without raising money. We will be making and selling handmade crafts and crafting kits but we still need to raise more. We would like to crowd-fund £5,ooo towards  funding 6 months of our rural Norfolk activities.

Any amount, however small, is appreciated. Here is an idea of how your money will be spent:

£10 buys some sewing or art materials

£15 pays the travel and parking for a volunteer

£20 funds a sewing or art kit for individuals to use at home

£25 funds one place at a workshop

£100 funds the starter kits and postage for an online workshop for 12 people

£1000 funds a series of 5 workshops for a group of 8 people
